Ursa Major Distilling

Ursa Major canned cocktails, AKavit, Long Winter Vodka, Sourdough Rum, and Summer Harvest Gin are available at the distillery and tasting room in the Greater Ester Industrial Area, as well as at Alaskan liquor retailers. One of the first distilleries in Alaska and the first (legal) distillery in Fairbanks, Ursa Major is dedicated to the fine craft of small-batch spirits. Rob began producing spirits in 2012 and released Ursa’s first vodka in 2013, with gin and rum following shortly. As a small, family-run business, Ursa Major Distilling is proud to be a part of the Interior Alaskan community.
