Established in 1981, family-run Bitner Vineyards is home to some of the oldest blocks currently in production in the region. Their initial plantings of Riesling and Chardonnay have since grown to include Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Syrah, and Viognier. Their fifteen acres of premium vinifera wine grapes flourish along the beautiful Snake River Valley in scenic Southwest Idaho.
