CADE Estate Winery

Gordon Getty, Gavin Newsom, and John Conover had an idea for a new phase of their winemaking career in the early 2000s that would enhance the valley level terroir of their current Oakville farm. CADE Estate Winery, a 54-acre estate situated 1,700 feet above sea level on the precipitous slopes of Howell Mountain, where the ground meets the clouds, was the realization of this ambition in 2005.
