Cass Winery, located in the Geneseo District of Paso Robles, California, combines French heritage with a Paso Robles personality. Established in 2000, the estate vineyard is known for producing 100% estate-grown Rhone wines from certified ENTAV vines. The vineyard spans 145 acres, featuring 12 grape varieties, including significant plantings of Cabernet Sauvignon, Roussanne, and Marsanne.
The winery offers a variety of visitor experiences, including tastings and dining at their on-site cafe, as well as unique activities through “Cass Camp” such as horseback riding, archery, cooking competitions, and wine blending parties. Guests can also stay at the Geneseo Inn, a modern bed-and-breakfast located on the vineyard, or the Cass Farmhouse, which provides a traditional Paso Robles ranch experience.
Cass Winery hosts numerous events throughout the year, from concerts and paint-and-sip classes to exclusive wine dinners featuring estate beef and wine club blending parties. For weddings, the winery offers both rustic outdoor vineyard settings and chic barrel room venues, ensuring a memorable celebration under the stars or surrounded by vines and ancient oaks.
The winery’s team, led by Bryan Cass, Chief of Operations, and Chanda Brown, Chief of Marketing and Business Development, is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment and exceptional wine experiences. Cass Winery also emphasizes sustainability and green initiatives in its operations.
