Harbes Vineyard is the North Fork’s first certified sustainable vineyard, dedicated to producing high-quality wines with a minimal environmental footprint. The vineyard spans 10 acres and features a variety of grape varietals, including Chardonnay, Merlot, Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, and Cabernet Franc. These varietals are crafted into award-winning wines, including their Blanc de Blancs, which has received a Gold award at the New York Wine Classic, and the 2014 Proprietor’s Reserve Merlot, which was named Best Merlot at the same competition​.

Unique Wine Tasting Experience

The Harbes Wine Barn, a renovated 100-year-old potato barn, serves as the main tasting room and is open daily from 11 AM to 6 PM. The rustic charm of the barn, combined with the vineyard’s scenic views, creates a unique and inviting atmosphere for wine enthusiasts. Guests can enjoy tasting flights, which include a selection of three or five wines, allowing them to explore the diverse range of Harbes’ offerings.
