Augusta Winery, founded in 1988 by Tony Kooyumjian, is located in the charming town of Augusta, Missouri, nestled on the bluffs overlooking the Missouri River Valley. The Augusta appellation, recognized as the first U.S. Wine District (Viticultural Area #1) in 1980, is renowned for its unique soil, climate, historical significance, and the quality of its wines produced from vineyards dating back to the 1800s.
