Blue Lobster Urban Winery was founded by longtime Portland resident Chris Gamble. They chose the name ‘Blue Lobster’ because they’re a little different. Maine lore has it that with the catch of a ‘one in a million’ blue lobster comes good fortune. They feel a sense of that good fortune doing what they love in a place that they love.
