Truckee River Winery

Truckee River Winery, established in 1989, is California’s highest and coldest winery, located in Truckee, CA. Founded by two local UC Davis graduates, it began as a small garage operation and has grown into a notable producer of high-quality, single vineyard varietals. The winery offers tastings by the glass or bottle on their charming patio, with bocce and corn hole games available. Although their dedicated tasting room is closed, they continue to host special events and picnics.
