Waters Crest is one-of-a-kind on the wine-rich East End of Long Island. Jim Waters home winemaker turned award-winning professional produces limited edition high quality boutique wines that are as delicious as they are unique. The grapes that go into the Waters Crest wines are carefully hand-selected from local growers and Jim Waters’ expertise in selecting only the highest quality fruit is the inevitable precursor to making the fine wines for which Waters Crest is internationally recognized.
